Eligibility is based upon the following:

SIGNED LEASE

PROOF OF ELIGIBILTY and/or CHANGES IN STATUS

The tenant must provide, upon request, proof of employment. All occupants living in the apartment must be listed on the lease before moving into the apartment. Only the person who signed the lease and any individual added onto the lease may occupy the apartment. Changes in occupancy must be immediately reported in writing to LANDLORD.

APARTMENT RATE AND UTILITIES

1 Bedroom Apartment (With Handicap Access) features 5 units for $895.00 a month.

1 Bedroom Apartment features 10 units for $895.00 a month.

2 Bedroom Apartments features 30 units for $1150.00 a month.

3 Bedroom Apartments with 20 units for $1350.00 a month.

3 Bedroom Apartments with Master Suite 10 units for $1400.00 a month.

2 Bedroom Apartments with Master Suite for $1250.00 a month.

All one story buildings contain all our 1 bedroom apartments with 10 regular and 5 handicaps accessible. All 2 story buildings contain our 2 to 3 bedroom apartments.

LANDLORD UTILITIES

LANDLORD is responsible for Parking Lot Maintenance, Lawn Maintenance. Utilities such as Water, Sewer and Common Electric shall be paid by the LANDLORD.

TENANT UTILITIES

Utilities paid by TENANT: Electric, Heat, Cable and Phone. * Satellite dishes and/or antennas are not permitted.

PARKING & PERMITS

TENANT is responsible for proper driving and parking along with his or her family and visitors. Permanent stickers will be available at the COMMUNITY BUILDING. The cost is $35.00 for each vehicle that is registered to a unit.
